If you have an existing account with an order history and you’ve left the shop associated with your account, you’ll only need to update your account profile. You don’t need to re-register since you’ve already been verified. You’ll need to update your saved addresses and then add your new shipping address.
Your Eikon account is yours forever, so even when you move to a different shop/city, you’ll always have access to your purchase history and warranty information.
If there’s no order history associated with your account, you’ll be contacted by our Customer Service team to re-verify your new shop/new home studio information in full.
IMPORTANT: Please note that when you register for an account, it’s intended for your individual/personal use only. This is NOT a shop account, which means you should be the only person making purchases on the account. If someone else uses your account, you may be held liable for any issues that may arise (ie. you would be accountable for chargebacks even if it was your "friend’s" order).
