If an item on your order is out of stock, there are two options we can offer you:
- We can substitute a comparable item if one is available (ie. if you ordered a 2oz bottle of ink, we may send you 2 x 1oz bottles etc).
- If there’s no suitable substitute available, we’ll ship your order without the item and credit you for the “Out of Stock” item.
- You’ll receive an email about the short stock item, with instructions on how to redeem your credit.
If you’d like immediate help, please contact the Customer Service team on Chat and have your order number handy so we can reference it.
NOTE: If you prefer to receive a refund instead of a credit, please respond to the email and let us know.
