Your shipping confirmation email should also include your package tracking information. It’s your responsibility to track your package once it leaves our facility.
You can track your package one of two ways:
- Use the tracking number provided in the email to track your package’s progress on the shipping carrier’s website.
- Sign into your Eikon account, and on your Customer Dashboard you’ll see your recent order history listed below the “Latest News” section. Click on “Track my Order” to view the tracking information for your order.
NOTE: Tracking information will be updated after 4:30pm EST the day your package is shipped.
