If your order hasn’t shipped yet (a tracking number hasn’t been issued yet), contact our Customer Service team right away so they can update the address for you.
If your order does have a tracking number, you’ll need to use UPS MyChoice, or contact UPS directly to make the appropriate corrections.
Please NOTE: UPS does charge a fee for updating the address, and you will be responsible for paying the fee.
- If your shipment is returned to Eikon undelivered, you will be responsible for any associated fees.
- If the order is delivered to the address you mistakenly provided, it’s still your responsibility. Eikon is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if you’ve provided incorrect information.
