If you’re tracking your order and see that it’s returning to Eikon, it’s best to contact Customer Service right away as we can often contact the carrier to prevent it from returning to our shop.
We will send an email to any customers who show up on the UPS exceptions list of missed deliveries to help them avoid having their package returned to us undelivered.
If your order has already returned to us, we’ll contact you to settle any fees owed and to work on getting your order re-shipped to you.
