Machines and equipment purchased from the Eikon store that are not Eikon branded (ie. Critical, FK Irons, Bishop, etc), default to the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty policies often vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. To make it easier for you, our Customer Service team will gladly help you arrange the return of your item to the manufacturer. Just contact them via Chat.
NOTE: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse. Misuse includes but is not limited to, dropped and/or improperly maintained items.

Eikon is an authorized Panenka and 3K Instruments repair depot. If your thermal copier requires maintenance service or a repair, please contact our Customer Service team to set up your repair.
